Easy and Delicious Dish: Douyin-Style Stir-Fried Beef with Bell Peppers

Ingredients:
- 250 grams of beef (thinly sliced)
- 1 red bell pepper (sliced)

- 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
1. In a bowl, marinate the beef slices with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and set aside for 10 minutes.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add the marinated beef slices to the pan and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they are browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
4. In the same pan, add the sliced bell peppers and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until they are slightly tender but still crispy.
5. Return the cooked beef to the pan and stir-fry together with the bell peppers for another minute.
6. Season with salt and pepper according to taste. Stir well to combine all the flavors.
7. Serve the stir-fried beef with bell peppers hot with steamed rice or noodles.
Note:
- Be sure to slice the beef thinly to ensure quick and even cooking.
- Do not overcook the bell peppers, as they should retain some crunchiness.
- Adjust the amount of soy sauce and oyster sauce according to your preference for saltiness.
